All MLO's are 1099 and hold control of their work schedule and productivity.
Leads Provided
Leads provided to LO's who show the initiative to put in the work to convert and close
Access to Digital Marketing Tools
MLO's get access to powerhouse digital marketing tools Brand 360 and Orion Marketing Center. You can choose from hundreds of pre-made templates or prep and schedule your social medial posts for the week all from one place.
Flat Broker Fee Per File
Broker fee per file is flat and consistent for self generated business. This allows MLO's to maximize earnings per file. Current flat fee is $995 per closed file.
Full and Part Time Welcome
Have another job and work as MLO part time? No prob. Full and part time are welcome
Supportive Broker and Staff
We know this is not a typical 9-5. If you have questions or need help after hours we will be there.

Work with Top Wholesale Lenders
Defender Mortgage has partnered with several of the nations top wholesale lenders to deliver the best products and client experience the market can offer. Comp ranges from 200-275 BPS depending on the lender.
Technology
We stay ahead of the curve with our software and processes. We use LOS software ARIVE which was designed by mortgage brokers for mortgage brokerages.
Processing
We contract with the best processors who will step in at the time to lock and carry your file to close to allow you more time to originate. However if you want to process your own loans, that is ok too!
Quick Pay
Get paid quick at closing. Our process allows title to pay the MLO straight from closing. No more waiting weeks for your broker to pay you.
