Once your offer is accepted, we’ll finalize your full mortgage application and lock in your interest rate. Our team will walk you through every form and requirement.
5. Processing & Underwriting
Behind-the-scenes work begins.
We’ll collect documents, order the appraisal, and verify all financial information. Then your file goes to underwriting, where your loan is reviewed for final approval.
6. Conditional Approval
You're almost there.
The underwriter may request additional documents or clarification. Don’t worry—this is a normal step, and we’ll guide you through it quickly.
7. Clear to Close

Once all conditions are met, the lender issues the “clear to close.” We’ll schedule your closing day and review your final loan details together.
